Heybridge Swifts battled to a point at Thamesmead Town.
Swifts secured a point in a 0-0 Ryman League division north draw on Tuesday night.
It was their second point in two games after their 3-3 draw with Waltham Abbey on Saturday.
The weekend’s result brought to an end a string of five straight league defeats for Jody Brown’s side.
Both sides had to contend with a strong wind and driving rain in an evenly balanced first half.
However, Thamesmead were reduced to ten men close to the break.
Neither side could break the deadlock in the first 45 minutes.
And, after the break, the match remained goal-less.
