Brown returns to Heybridge Swifts hot-seat
JODY Brown has been appointed as the new manager of Heybridge Swifts.
He replaces Cliff Akurang, who recently parted company with the Ryman League north division side.
Brown was previously in charge at Scraley Road from December 2013 until June 2014, when he left to take the reins at Grays Athletic.
Former Stanway Rovers and FC Clacton boss Steve Pitt will work alongside Brown and is the club's new director of football.
