Maldon and Tiptree secured victory with a last-gasp goal.

The Jammers secured a 3-2 Ryman League division one north victory against Redbridge at Park Drive.

Maldon took the lead from the penalty spot.

Alberto Pinto was put through but he was brought down by the Redbridge keeper.

Nathan Korangten stepped up and fired home the spot-kick on 19 minutes.

Keeper Darren Bechet then kept Maldon’s lead intact with a double save and a goal-line clearance.

But Redbridge were back on level terms after 31 minutes when a long ball was flicked on to Kacey Adams and he fired past keeper Bechet.

On the stroke of half-time Maldon retook the lead.

Mitch Hunter squared the ball across the box and Redbride keeper Mark Parker parried the ball to Ruddock Yala who took his chance well to make it 2-1.

After the break, Redbridge equalised when Vinny Murphy’s long shot took a deflection on 62 minutes.

But the Jammers made it 3-2 at the death when Alex Anderson’s free-kick flew in at the far post.

Heybridge Swifts fell to a 3-0 defeat at Cray Wanders.

Second-half goals from Nathan Simpson, Orlando Smith and Adrian Stone sealed Swifts’ fate.

Brightlingsea Regent lost out 2-0 at Thamesmead Town.

A strike from Chris Manangu on 23 minutes put Town on their way before Tyrus Gordon doubled their advantage on 60 minutes.

A frozen pitch meant Burnham Ramblers match at Ware had to be postponed.

In the Ryman League premier division, Witham Town lost out 3-2 to visiting Leatherhead.

The visitors took the lead on 12 minutes through Vasieleious Karagiannis.

Luke Callander equalised for Witham 11 minutes later.

However, Leatherhead got back in front when Adam Green made it 2-1 on 57 minutes.

But ten minutes later Jamie Guy pulled it level from the penalty spot.

With five minutes left the visitors regained the lead through Kiernan Hughes-Mason and sealed the win.
