The fourth race of the 53-12 Cross-Country League at Ipswich saw a good result for Craig Dawson.

The Tiptree Road Runner finished in his highest position of 19th.

James Haskey-Jones was 50th, Paul Dellar 78th and Simon Morgan, in 90th, completed the scoring team, which finished fifth.

Other Tiptree results were Jonathan Finch 107th, Gary Perryman 117th, Mark Shillaker 123rd, Malcolm Bailey 158th, Rob Hadgraft 162nd, Peter Bouldstridge 172nd and Ian Linton 196th.

The consistent Kate Finch had another top 20 finish in 19th with Lyndsey Rollerkite finishing 47th to take fifth place in the team event.

Tiptree’s other finishers were Abigail Morgan 70th, Paula Rothero 75th, Zoe Gould 92nd, Anne-Marie Bearne 100th and Dawn Shilling 107th.

In the junior race Tom Rehal had another great run to finish third and second under-15 boy.

The Tiptree junior team finished fifth with Nick Baker 24th, Robin Matthews 36th, Reece Vincent 51st, Georgina Haskey-Jones 67th and Isabel Finch 90th.

James Haskey-Jones took third place at the Maldon Prom Parkrun in 19 minutes 37 seconds with Andrew Conway finishing sixth in 20m 44s.

David Stokes ran 27m 36s, with junior Finlay Newman setting a personal best of 29m 18s.

Vicky Knight ran 29m 19s and Joanne Roblin 30m 6s.

Gary Perryman finished the Colchester Parkrun in 21m 19s and, at the Netley Abbey Parkrun, Tim Ford ran 25m 38s.
