HEYBRIDGE Swifts boss Keith Wilson insists his squad are fit and ready to embark on their Ryman League campaign.

It’s been a summer of upheaval at Scraley Road, with Wilson joining from Burnham Ramblers to replace the Grays Athletic-bound Jody Brown.

There have also been major changes in terms of the club’s playing staff.

“It’s all systems go and we’re really looking forward to the new season,” he said.
