Maldon and Burnham Standard: Jammers hit four against Aveley Jammers hit four against Aveley

Maldon and Tiptree secured an emphatic win against Aveley.

They recorded a 4-1 Ryman League division one north victory at Park Drive on Tuesday night.

The Jammers took an early lead through a Leon McKenzie volley on nine minutes.

However, Aveley were back on terms following a goal from Lee Weemes on 24 minutes.

But it wasn’t long before Maldon were back in front thanks to Junior Appiah four minutes later.

And Ollie Berquez put the home side further in front on 40 minutes.

Maldon and Tiptree rounded the match off with a late goal from Paul Seymour on 88 minutes.
