Heybridge Swifts lose out on penalties

HEYBRIDGE Swifts were knocked out of the Essex Senior Cup in the third round.
After being held to a 2-2 draw at Hullbridge Sports, Swifts lost out 5-4 on penalties.
Heybridge took the lead at Lower Road through a Luke Callander strike on six minutes.
Liam Nash equalised for the home side on 64 minutes but Heybridge went back in front on 88 minutes thanks to Ben Newson.
But there was still time for Hullbridge to pull the match level as in the fourth minute of injury-time Alex Collisson scored to send the match into a penalty shoot-out.
