Strictly Come Dancing victor Tom Chambers was in Tiptree to watch fast-fingered pickers collect a tonne of strawberries.
Mr Chambers joined fellow Holby City star Rebecca Grant to reward the victors of the annual Tiptree Strawberry Race.
The duo made a point of walking the fields owned by Wilkin & Sons and chatting to the scores of pickers who were collecting the renowned Little Scarlet strawberries.
