PLANS have been announced for part demolition of a hotel to create new flats.
An application has been revealed for The Old Clock Hotel, in High Street, Aveley.
The proposed works are part demolition, extension and conversion of an existing hotel into four two bedroom apartments and the construction of one block of four two bedroom apartments to the rear of the site.
