A dispersal order has been put in place by Essex Police in Southend following concerns about anti-social behaviour.
The order, which will be in place from 4.15pm today (Friday, January 19) until 4.15pm on Sunday, January 21, will be focussed around London Road, including the Avenue Road junction, Queensway, Southchurch Avenue and Marine Parade.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "The aim of this order is to prevent groups of people intent on causing anti-social behaviour from being able to do so in this area before this escalates to the need for arrests to be made.
"The details of anyone breaking this order will be passed to the Youth Offending Service."
