Prisoner died from hanging, post mortem finds
A prisoner has died from hanging, an inquest opening has found.
Warren Austin, 36, died at Chelmsford Prison on October 16.
His inquest opening was held this morning at Chelmsford Coroner's Court.
It heard that he was found hanging in his cell and the post mortem found that the cause of death was suspension.
The full inquest will take place on July 2 to 6.
