RESIDENTS opened up their gardens as part of a charity day to raise money for first responders.
The Canvey garden trail was held at the Canvey Island Transport Museum and Labworth Memorial Gardens, as well as eight private addresses.
Gardens were open from 10am until 6pm on Saturday and refreshments were available, as well as jams and plants at some of the gardens.
All money raised on the day will be donated to Canvey Island First Responders.
