A SECTION of a country lane could be closed off to all vehicles in a bid to stop flytipping.
It is proposed that all vehicles be banned from a disused section of the A128, Brentwood Road, Bulphan often used for flytipping and anti-social behaviour.
Thurrock Council is seeking comments from residents regarding the planned closure which runs from the Old Brentwood Road - from Peartree Lane north to its junction with the A128 Bulphan by-pass.
Any objection to the proposal must be made in writing, giving the grounds on which it is made, and sent to Thurrock Council or emailed to capital.traffic@thurrock.gov.uk to arrive on or before Friday March 3.
A copy of the proposed order and the plans are available for inspection at the Civic Offices, New Road, Grays during normal office hours and online at /www.thurrock.gov.uk
