OUT-OF-CONTROL teens threw human waste at a woman’s house after she complained about their antisocial behaviour.

Kerry Flanagan, who lives in a balcony flat on the corner of Shoebury High Street and Gunners Road, claims she has called police more than ten times since yobs first began causing disruption on Monday, August 22.

She warned the youths she was going to call 999 after spotting them smashing up the bus shelter near the Premier off-licence at about 6.30pm.

They returned a week later to get their revenge.

The 45-year-old said: “I told them I was going to call the police but one of them just looked up at me and said: ‘It ain’t your bus stop.’

“I called the police but they never came. I had the yobs there for about four hours and they were saying: ‘Where are the police then Miss?’”

Miss Flanagan woke up at about 4am on Tuesday to discover the revolting act of vandalism.

Once again, she called police but noone turned up.

Miss Flanagan added: “It was disgusting outside my flat. They had thrown a bag containing human waste and had found some used nappies to throw.

“There were flies everywhere. It is becoming a total nightmare.”

Miss Flanagan said she is “furious” at officers for failing to deal with the youths.

She claims she has learnt the names of the most of the teenagers by speaking to her neighbours, and plans to track down their parents to report their behaviour.

She told the Echo the group accused her of being a paedophile after she tried to take pictures of them to hand to the police.

She said: “They said: ‘We will do you for paedophilia.’

“I actually deleted the photos because I was scared. I wouldn’t be surprised if the police arrested me. I have got no faith in them.”

An Essex Police spokesman said: “We are aware of the problems reported by the resident in Gunners Road, Shoebury.

“We did plan to see her on August 30 but we had to divert officers to other priority incidents. “However, officers from the community policing team will visit her as soon as possible.”
