YOUNGSTERS have vowed to carry on playing their instruments after starring on TV.
Classical pianist James Rhodes launched a campaign in Basildon earlier this year to get as many children as possible taking up an instrument.
It has been filmed for Channel 4 and Don’t Stop the Music is currently showing on screens, with children from St Teresa Catholic Primary School, in Elsenham Crescent, Basildon, featuring.
The pupils have decided to carry on with their lessons on clarinets, trombones and flutes, with teacher Sarah Goldsmith helping them.
They now have weekly lessons.
