Flights delayed at Southend Airport
FLIGHTS at Southend Airport are delayed this morning.
Fog has delayed flights to and from the airport by up to two and a half hours.
An easyJet flight to Palma Mallorca, due to leave at 7am is not expected to set off until 9.30am.
Flights to Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, and Munster, in Germany, have also been delayed.
A Flybe flight from Antwerp, Belgium, scheduled to land in Southend at 7.10am is now expected at 8.25am.
The same flight was cancelled yesterday due to fog.
Flights to and from Stansted, Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton are also delayed.
