Trees torched in Clacton caravan park blaze

SEVERAL trees was decimated by a blaze at a Clacton holiday park.

Two fire crews were called to Highfield Holiday Park in Clacton just before 3pm to tackle the fire, which had spread across a row of trees at the site.

Firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze by about 3.40pm.

The trees were badly damaged, and fire investigators will be looking into its cause.

actually it wasn't a tourist child the trees were set alight outside the camp by morrisons .the site is fenced of with metal fence no way of getting through to the field behind park

maybe you should get a job reporting,

why on earth would Morrisons catch alight trees.

and it was not in the camp as i saw the fire it was started outside the camp
