Plan for six flats is approved
PLANS for the creation of six one-bedroom flats at the site of a chalet bungalow have been approved.
The blueprints will see the existing building in Old Road, Clacton, next to Waterglade Retail Park’s service road, converted along with a 1.5-storey extension.
Previous plans for six studio apartments at the site were rejected last year, but the new plans for the 688sqm site got the nod from planners.
The existing frontage will remain the same.
