Chelmsford hit by impressive thunderstorm
CHELMSFORD was hit by an impressive thunderstorm around 10pm last night (July 18) continuing into early hours of this morning (July 19).
Lightning illuminated the skies across South Essex leaving residence with little to no sleep.
Twitter user Shantelle took to the social media site to share mutliple images and slo-motion footage of the lightening in Chelmsford.
