A WOMAN charged with owning a dog dangerously out of control after the death of a three-year-old has had her case delayed.
Jade Dunne, 29, of Parker Way, Halstead, was due to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court today, but her appearance has been pushed back to April 18.
Three-year-old Dexter Neal was attacked by the dog at Ms Dunne's home and died on August 18 2016.
The dog, an American Bulldog called Ruby, has since been destroyed.
