VETERAN musician Jo Brown has been touring with his band for more than 50 years, but this time he's going it alone.

'Just Joe' is the rock 'n' roll pioneer's first ever solo tour and we've got three pairs of tickets for Clacton to give away to lucky fans.

There is no band or back-up musicians, no dancing girls (were there ever) - just Joe Brown, upfront and personal.

He'll recount the stories and music from more than half a century years in the music biz

From the days of music hall and growing up in an East End pub through the skiffle era of Lonnie Donegan and then jumping almost overnight into rock 'n’ roll.

Anecdotes and the odd joke or two will be interspersed with some of the great music that has made Joe such a popular performer today.

He is joined on the West Cliff Theatre stage by guitar maestro Henry Gross, who was lead guitarist, singer and founder of hit US group Sha Na Na.

He was also the youngest musician to appear at Woodstock and has a few stories himself to tell.

For your chance to win tickets to see Joe on October 9 answer this simple question: What was Joe Brown’s last album called?
