BURGLARY: Two buildings was broken into on Newland Street
TWO shops have been targeted by burglars in Witham.
A burglar smashed a front window to a shop in Newland Street and a cash box was damaged but no money was taken.
It happened at about 1.37am on August 22.
Just a few minutes before a burglar had smashed the glass on the front door of another shop using a traffic cone.
Once inside they ransacked the till area and stole money from the till.
Anyone with information should contact Braintree Police on 101.
