Two teens charged with possession of a knife in Duke Street
TWO teenagers have been charged with possession of a knife blade or sharp pointed article in a public place.
The boys, who are aged 16 and 17 and from Dagenham, were arrested in Duke Street, Chelmsford, on Tuesday, August 25.
They are due to appear at Chelmsford Youth Court on September 25.
