Dog owners are being invited to bring their pets along for a free health MOT.

Run by the PDSA, the PetCheck vehicle will be in the Discovery Centre Car Park, Great Notley Country Park on September 16, in the Earls Colne Parish Council office, Earls Colne on September 17, at the Templars Community office, Witham on September 18 and Tabor Avenue Park, Braintree on September 19, from 10am until 5pm at each location.

PDSA vet nurse Amy Henson will examine canine visitors’ weight, body-shape, teeth, eyes, coat and general fitness, as well as offering expert advice on caring for other pets. Some preventive treatments will be on offer at an affordable cost and Cats Protection neutering vouchers will also be available.
