Burnham: Police issue warning after burglars target sheds
Shed owners in Burnham are on alert after two were targeted by burglars last week.
Two cultivators, valued at £3,600, were stolen from a shed in Dunkirk Road between September 23 and 28.
Would-be thieves also attempted to break into a shed at the allotment site in Devonshire Road between 4pm last on September 27 and 3pm the following day.
A lock on the shed was damaged, but no entry was gained.
Sgt Perry Land said the incidents could be linked and advised shed owners to make their property as safe as possible by using high quality locks.
