Campaigners have vowed to “never give up” their fight against the construction of a wind farm in Bradwell.

At the High Court earlier this month, campaign group Bradwell and Tillingham Tackling Lost Environment (BATTLE) had hoped to halt construction of RWE Npower Renewables' ten turbines at Hockley Farm, with member Kathleen Eaton claiming wild birds and bats could be killed by turbine blades. 

Judge David Waksman QC rejected her call for an injunction and allowed construction to continue.

But BATTLE has now revealed it intends to appeal against the decision.
