Southminster: Daughter's upset at Moat correspondence
A grieving daughter is “disgusted” with the correspondence from a housing association following her dad’s death.
Pauline Jacobs’ father Maurice Jowers (pictured with his wife Ada) died on August 16 at the age of 90.
She informed Moat that she would be moving Mrs Jowers, known locally as Win, into a home temporarily while clearing the couple’s bungalow in Priors Way, Southminster.
But despite informing the housing association of her dad’s death, she received a resident satisfaction survey from Moat addressed to her dad.
Moat’s director of customer operations Eusebio Barata said: “We would firstly like to apologise for the prize draw entry."
