Burnham: Residents call for action over nightmare parking in road Burnham: Residents call for action over nightmare parking in road

Residents of a Burnham street are up in arms over “nightmare” parking problems, claiming the road is like a “car park”.

Homeowners in Princes Road are fed up with the sheer volume of cars that park on their street, sometimes blocking driveways.

They say that commuters refusing to park in the station car park because of high prices are using their street because it is close by.

Terraced houses without any driveways also add to the problem.

Retired Roger Greenway said: “The weekends and evenings are particularly poor.

“It’s like driving through a car park."
