Burnham: Tributes paid to young Burnham hairdresser and her boyfriend Burnham: Tributes paid to young Burnham hairdresser and her boyfriend

Emotional tributes have been paid to a young Burnham hairdresser and her boyfriend after they were tragically killed in a motorbike crash.

Abbey Parker, 17, of Bakersfield, off The Drive, in Mayland, and boyfriend Brad Cooper, 18, of Coxs Close, South Woodham Ferrers, died after they collided with a tractor on Lower Burnham Road, North Fambridge, on Sunday.

They were pronounced dead at the scene after suffering multiple injuries.

Friends say the inseparable couple were making their way to Burnham to meet other bikers before joining the 13th annual Essex Air Ambulance Motorcycle Run from Laindon to Harwich when tragedy struck.

Their families were too upset to speak, but Facebook and Twitter have been inundated with tributes from friends.

Flowers have also been left at the scene and at Matrix Hair Salon, in Station Road, Burnham, where Abbey worked.

Such a sad loss of two very young lives. May you both rest in peace and be together as angels in the sky. RIP xx
