Maldon district: Residents urged to seek flight noise compensation
A campaign group is urging residents irritated by plane noise to seek compensation.
Stop Airport Expansion and Noise (SAEN) claims dozens of people from the Maldon district have complained about noise from flights.
In particular, SAEN believes residents in and near the areas of South Woodham Ferrers and Burnham to be the worst affected.
The campaign group believes noise is being generated by craft destined for Southend Airport, however, airport bosses have previously claimed protesters were confusing its flights with other
airports.
For more information about compensation and SAEN, email info@saen.org.uk

... WHAT???!!! ...
They are all orange and white with EasyJet livery and can be seen approaching/taking off from Southend Airport
Troubled Burnham Town Council should be taking the lead to prevent this extreme noise pollution all hours of the day and night.
Action needs to be taken now to establish overflying rules now before they expand to their 2 million passenger a year target
