Maldon: Town salutes Armed Forces Day
Armies of people came together to celebrate current and veteran armed forces personnel.
More than 100 attended the Armed Forces Day in Princes Road, Maldon, on Saturday.
The popular event included a display of military vehicles, including a tank and forces personnel in military uniform from various conflicts.
There was also a fly past of vintage aircraft, four of which came up from Kent, and the Raising of the Flag ceremony with a blessing by the Rev Cannon Stephen Carter.
