Isibelle Conway was struggling to breathe.
A disgusted Maldon mum is set to lodge a complaint after allegedly waiting more than four hours for an ambulance while her baby nearly suffocated.
Holly Conway’s 21-month-old asthmatic daughter Isibelle Conway was struggling to breathe and so she called an ambulance at about 10.30pm on June 9.
An East of England Ambulance Service spokesman said: "Unfortunately due to very heavy demand during this time and ambulances delayed at A&E, we did not have an ambulance to dispatch for just over an hour.
"During this time the patient was under the care and treatment of our clinician."
