New jewellery shop opens on Maldon High Street

A NEW jewellery shop has opened in Maldon High Street and will be run by a husband and wife team.

Sue and Alan Outlaw have taken over the shop - previously Silver Spirit - now called Chameleon.

Alan said: “My wife was made redundant on Christmas Eve and we had started looking at it.

“Now my wife and I have taken over the lease and will run it together.”

Sue Outlaw had previously been the manageress under the former owners and Alan was made redundant from Wyndeham Heron so the couple decided to work together to make the shop a success.

They have promised new ranges along with established favourites.
