The plans for Spital Road were refused
A BID to demolish a house and replace it with eight new flats in Maldon has been refused.
Plans were put to Maldon District Council to knock down a house on Spital Road, Maldon and build eight flats in its place.
The council refused the plans stating the size and designs of the building would not be in-keeping with the area’s character and would not fit in with the street scene.
