TWO men have denied trespassing upon land in Maldon to poach animals.
Joseph Kier, 23, of Brambles Courtyard, Kent, and Lewis Farlow, 23, of The Maltings, Kent, appeared at Chelmsford Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.
Both were charged with one count of trespass in pursuit of poaching upon land in New Hall Farm, New Hall Lane, Mundon, on September 9 last year in search of woodcocks, snips or conies.
Both men entered not guilty pleas for their charge, and a full trial will take place at the court on Tuesday April 24.
