A BRITISH wrestling champion will be giving a seminar in the district this weekend.
The Essex School of Wrestling in Great Totham will be holding their first pro-wrestling seminar on Sunday at the village hall, and will be welcoming special guest Marty Jones.
Sometimes referred to as The Main Man, or The Number 1, Marty Jones is a seven times wrestling world champion, A British Wrestling Hall of Fame inductee and ITV World Of Sport Legend.
He has trained many different wrestling stars including William Regal.
The seminar will include fitness, ring craft drills, WWE try-outs with cardio, stamina and ring presence. It is open to men and women over the age of 16.
It cost £25 per person with a £10 deposit.
It takes place from 10am to 4pm at Great Totham Village Hall on Sunday.
