Taster training sessions for rookie lifeguards
SESSIONS are on offer to become a rookie lifeguard in Southminster.
A free taster session will run at Southminster Pool, in Burnham Road, on Monday May 8 between 7pm and 8pm.
The sessions will teach you what to do if you come across a casualty in the water.
The only requirements for the session are that you can swim 25 metres unaided.
