A grateful daughter has thanked a charity for vital help when she was caring for her parents in their final years.
Jennie Stone does not know how she would have coped if it was not for the Maldon-based charity, Action for Family Carers.
Miss Stone, 41, of Maldon, said: “They supported me through everything, right though to losing my mum in January last year.
Miss Stone and her partner Richard Woods, who runs The Maldon and Dengie Air Rifle Club, staged an air rifle competition in Purleigh raising £1,290.20 for the charity.
