Ryan Jaques is training for a Mr England competition in September
Ryan Jaques, a 21-year-old bodybuilder is in training to win the disabled class at the Mr England competition in September.
Ryan became interested in bodybuilding after playing wheelchair basketball as a teenager.
He took part in his first competition in May.
He will compete in the IBFA Mr England competition on September 19 at the Civic Hall, Pudsey, Leeds.
