A woman who completed three marathons to raise money in the battle against breast cancer saved the best for last by winning the final one.
Braving chest infections, gale force winds and temperatures of just four degrees, Lucy Cummings, 47, of Orchard Drive, Mayland, has walked 'moonwalk' marathons in London, Edinburgh and Iceland.
She completed her London marathon in five hours 40 minutes, the Edinburgh marathon in five hours 50 minutes and the final marathon, around Lake Myvtan, Iceland, in five hours 45 minutes.
Next for Lucy is a 62-mile trek from London to Cambridge in August.
