Maldon homecare agency given overall 'good' rating by inspectors
A homecare agency has been given an overall rating of ‘good’.
Ideal Homecare Solutions Ltd, based at West Station Business Park in Maldon, offers personal care services, including domestic support, respite care and live-in care across Essex.
The Care Quality Commission published its latest findings on Friday.
Four out of five categories were graded ‘good’, while the safety of the service was rated as ‘requires improvement’.
