Plans to sell the home of Heybridge Swifts to fund a multi-million pound new ground have been unveiled.
A public exhibition will be launched tomorrow outlining plans to build 105 homes on the Isthmian League club's Scraley Road ground.
The club would use the proceeds to create a covered standing and seating area for 500 spectators with an all-weather 3G pitch, practice ground and youth team pitch on ten acres off Goldhanger Road, Heybridge.
