Drivers stole more than £100 worth of fuel from a Tesco petrol station over the weekend.
A female driver stole more than £30 worth of fuel at 3pm last Saturday.
She was wearing black trousers and a grey top and was driving a red Suzuki Swift car which she filled with £33.01 worth of fuel before driving off without paying at the Tesco petrol station, Fullbridge, Maldon.
A male driver made off without paying for £86.49 worth of diesel after he filled his van and an additional petrol container.
The theft occured last Sunday, at 2.50pm.
The suspect is described as aged 20-40 years old, Eastern European, between 5ft11’’ and 6ft and wearing blue jeans with a black jacket and boots.
He was driving a small, silver Vauxhall van.
