Five men will have a ball visiting all 92 football league clubs around the country in just 92 hours to raise money for a children’s charity.

Taking part are Matt Cawston, 27, of Bridgemans Green, Latchingdon and his South Woodham Ferrers team mates Nick Smith, 29, Mike Cawston, 29, Tony Baker, 31, and Andrew Scullion, 29.

They will be driving to each of the clubs and expect to cover about 2,500 miles during the challenge.

They have currently raised just under £4,000 for Little Havens Hospice, which offers care and support to children with life limiting illnesses and their families.

The challenge will kick off next Tuesday and should finish the following Saturday.
