Essex police are appealing for any information or witnesses to the incident
A Black Audi, worth £1,000 was stolen and found burnt out overnight.
The theft occurred last Friday, between 12 and 7am.
The car, an Audi A4, was stolen from Crown Way, Southminster and was subsequently dumped, burnt out, in Stansgate Road, Steeple.
Police are appealing for any information or witnesses to this incident.
Anyone with information should contact Pc Lawrence at Maldon Police Station.
