A daughter whose mother died of a heart attack has raised more than £1,000 for the British Heart Foundation.
Julia Brigui, of Marsh Road, Burnham, ran in the charities Victoria Park 6.6km run on August 3 to raise money in memory of her mother Tina Wheatley, of Southminster, who died suddenly on May 3 last year, aged 62.
She was joined by her nephew, David Sculley, his wife Lucy Sculley and her best friend Kelly Keeble and a quiz night at the Star Inn, in Burnham High Street, raised £780.
