Anxious about receiving your A level results?
The Exam Results Helpline is getting ready to open its phone lines on Thursday, August 14, at 8am.
For the first time this year, careers advisers will also be available on Twitter and Facebook and are preparing to answer more queries than ever.
Providing independent, expert advice the Exam Results Helpline (funded by the Department for Education) employs the best careers advisers from all over the country with a huge amount of experience between them to help students and their parents at what can be a difficult period of their lives.
Thousands of people called the helpline last year for advice on a number of topics including re-sits, re-marks, higher education, careers advice, apprenticeship guidance, vocational qualifications and gap years.
The Exam Results Helpline is poised to help again and will be open for 10 days this year to cover both A Level and GCSE results day and can be reached on 0808 100 8000. (Calls are free from landlines. Mobile network charges vary).
