Man to appear in court charged with drug offences
Police have charged a 29-year-old man from London with three offences including possession of both heroine and cocaine with intent to supply and possession of criminal property.
The man was arrested in Chelmsford on Monday after police received information from the public about a man acting suspiciously.
Security employee, Michael Ekwue, aged 29, of Claribel Road, in London, has been remanded in custody to appear before Chelmsford Magistrates Court this morning.
