A car owner has asked members of the public to be vigilant after his vehicles were damaged four times in less than three weeks in Stock Chase, Heybridge.
The driver’s door wing mirror was smashed on July 22, followed by scratches and damage to the bumper of the car after what appeared to be a brick was thrown at the car.
A windscreen was broken and more damage caused inside, again by what appeared to be a thrown brick, on July 22 and 28.
An Essex Police spokesman said: “Inquiries have been made including visits to neighbouring properties and a number of people have been spoken to in relation the incidents but there’s no evidence as to who is responsible.”
Anyone with information should contact Essex Police on 101.
