A little girl who may need a liver transplant one day has appeared in a video to raise awareness of organ donation,.
Sophie Barwell, from Heybridge, was born with biliary atresia, where bile ducts are inflamed and damaged, causing scarring on the liver.
It is a lifelong condition, with no cure, and there is a five per cent chance the two-year-old may need a transplant by the age of ten.
Sophie became involved in the video after her mum, Lisa Barwell, saw a notice on Facebook group Liver Mums.
